Paul, Thanks for sharing your ongoing eProductivity experience. Yes, eProductivity supports delegated actions, however, we have then turned off nby default. This is because it is not considered a GTD best practice without advance agreement on how these will be handles. That said, you can enable support for delegated actions in preferences. I just blogged about the beginning of my experiences with eProductivity as well. I use a Mac at home and a PC at work. When people ask me why I use a Mac, I tell them "it just works". In a recent blog post, I actually said the combo of Lotus Notes & eProductivity is just like my beloved Mac -- it just works. I think the fact that you say much the same is a wonderful testament to Eric Mack and his software developers. Tams last blog post..THANK YOU, SENIORS!
