I know that no methodology is right for everyone, but to compartmentalise GTD to this degree is unfair, so I felt the need to jump to its defence. And no, I have no pecuniary interest in doing so.

Fortunately this isn’t what my twitter stream looks like and in fact, I’ve had immense productivity gains through networking and questions/answers, (through GTD and eProductivity), via twitter. But I botched my chance at selling twitter because I struggled to put the benefits across properly.
Confessions of an imperfect GTDer
Sometimes it doesn’t go right, does it. Sometimes, at the worst possible time, we get it wrong. Occasionally, just occasionally, when we most need to get it right, we screw it up.
I cannot say this loudly enough… “Buy this book. Read it, no, devour it. Buy one for each of your children and for anyone else who you love. But most importantly, put what you learn into action.”
