A Better Memory with a Short Eye Exercise

You want to stay productive?  Well, even if you use David Allen’s GTD with a view to keeping your head empty, you’ll find a good memory is helpful.

Video site Howcast reckons a simple 30 second eye exercise every morning will help get both sides of your brain working together better.
