Thanks to Michael Hyatt and Gavin Knight I’ve been prompted to include a comments policy for this blog.
- I invite and welcome comments.
- I would prefer you comment in your own name, but you can comment under a pseudonym or anonymously if you prefer.
- I ask that you follow similar policies in your comment as I do in the posts themselves – eg links, attribution, disclosures, etc.
- As the purpose of having comments is to facilitate a conversation I will often respond to comments publicly – either by way of a further comment on that post, or by way of a new post if I think that will be more useful to my wider audience.
- I might also respond to comments privately if that is more appropriate.
- I will delete comments that I judge to be inappropriate for any reason (at my sole discretion).
- You retain ownership of your comments – I do not own them, and I expressly disclaim any and all liability that may result from them.
- By commenting on my site, you agree that you retain all ownership rights in what you post here and that you will relieve me from any and all liability that may result from those postings.
- You grant me a license to post your comments. This license is worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, and royalty-free. You grant me the right to store, use, transmit, display, publish, reproduce, and distribute your comments in conjunction with this site.
On his comments policy Gavin says, “Feel free to adapt this for your blog if that is helpful to you.”
Thanks Gavin
