Don’t Shoot the Messenger

In an earlier post I use the story about killing the messenger who brought bad news to refute Leo Babauta’s concept of killing email entirely.

Now Becki uses it in a more appropriate way to query how we, as leaders, can have a tendency to penalise those who, quite rightly, bring us bad news.
