Is there any way to understand just how much God loves us?

I contend you can’t understand God’s love unless you can understand his wrath and anger at sin.  By the same token you can’t understand his wrath unless you understand how much he loves us.  You see, it’s sin that separates us from hime and he loves us too much to not be angry at this!

Here’s my attempt at explaining that in a 20 minute sermon based on Ephesians 2:1-10.
